Shenzhen Shengji Food Co., Ltd. is registered with China Customs as an import and export consignee and shipper. Product is produced at GACC-registered plants in Shandong. The GACC establishment number on shipping documents is the plant's, not our trading company's.

We source from a network of processing plants in Shandong Province, with veterinary health certification and certificate of origin issued on each shipment. Where halal product is required, it is certified by Shandong Halal Certification Service (SHC), which is accredited by the GCC Accreditation Center. SHC is recognised by JAKIM, MUIS and BPJPH.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our standard minimum is one 40' reefer container (approximately 27 tonnes). For new buyers we can discuss a trial order of one 20' container.

What are your lead times?

Typical lead time is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation to port of loading. Exact timing depends on product availability and shipping schedules to your destination.

Which shipping terms do you offer?

We ship FOB or CIF depending on the buyer's preference. Main loading ports include Qingdao (China), Mersin (Turkey) and Savannah (US).

What payment terms are available?

We accept irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) at sight and telegraphic transfer (T/T). Terms are agreed during quoting based on order size and relationship.

Can you supply halal-certified product?

Yes. Our Chinese product is certified halal by Shandong Halal Certification Service (SHC), accredited by the GCC Accreditation Center. SHC is recognised by JAKIM, MUIS and BPJPH. Certificate copies are provided before you place an order.

What documentation do you provide?

Every shipment includes: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, veterinary health certificate, certificate of origin, and halal certificate where applicable.

Do you offer private-label or custom packaging?

Yes, we can arrange private-label packaging for container-level orders. Artwork approval and lead time are confirmed during quoting.

Which markets do you supply?

Two channels. Origin and destination confirmed on each quote. China-origin raw frozen chicken — Hong Kong, Russia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Ghana and Macao, where the producing plant is approved. UAE — US and Turkish origin through our UAE company.
